Returns Information

Returns Policy

We aim to create products of the highest standard and ensure that every customer is happy with their order. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order in new, unused condition with proof of purchase within 30 days to receive a refund equal to the amount paid for the product(s) being returned. 

Items must be returned in saleable condition.

Non saleable products cannot be refunded. 

Herne Ltd does not refund shipping costs on returns. 

Orders cannot be returned or refunded after 30 days. 

  1. To Return or Exchange a Herne Garment:

Please print off and complete the Return Form and include within your shipment. Ensure that the returned items are adequately protected for shipment. Where possible use the original postage materials.

If you believe your product is defective, you can return your product at any time and we will evaluate for defects. The product will be evaluated once we have received it and if deemed defective we will issue a replacement and refund the cost of return postage up to a maximum of £5 for postage within the UK and £20 or equivalent for orders returned from outside of the UK. 

Return Policy for Sale Items

Unfortunately items purchased on sale do not qualify for free exchange and are non – refundable. 

 

Exchanges

United Kingdom

We offer free exchanges within the UK apart from on sale items. 

If you would like to exchange a product please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will email you a free postage label. 

Simply print, affix the postage label to your parcel and take to your nearest Royal Mail post office to return. 

i) For best and quickest service we recommend in the meantime place a new order online for your replacement product(s). On receipt of the original product(s) we will provide a full refund provided that the items returned are still in saleable condition. 

ii) OR Once we receive it back and verify it is in saleable condition, the exchange will be processed and the new product will be issued.

Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed.

International 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free exchanges outside of the UK. 

To exchange products from outside the UK we recommend contacting us to advise you wish to return and exchange a product. 

i) For best and quickest service we recommend in the meantime place a new order online for your replacement product(s). On receipt of the original product(s) we will provide a full refund provided that the items returned are still in saleable condition. 

ii) OR Once we receive it back and verify it is in saleable condition, the exchange will be processed and the new product will be issued.

Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed.

The cost of returns and care of the products are the customers responsibility until they reach us, therefore for security purposes we recommend customers insure their return parcel for the value of the goods and retain Proof of Postage receipt. 

International customers must clearly mark their returns parcels ‘British Return Goods’ with a domestic value of £0.00, as your returned items are not applicable to Duty once they reach the UK.

If you do not make your return with the value of £0.00 then Herne Ltd will be charged customs duty, VAT and a clearance fee on your returned order. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
