Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped using DPD Couriers, which offers both UK and International Deliveries.
All orders will be dispatched the day after receipt, except for orders placed over the weekend which will be dispatched on Monday.

United Kingdom

Orders for delivery within the UK are shipped using the DPD Next Day delivery service, dispatched the day after receipt and delivered the following day.
Orders over £250 receive Free Shipping.
Orders under £250 are charged at £5.25

Please note that it takes couriers 2 days to deliver to Isle of Man, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands & Islands on the DPD Next Day delivery service.

Europe

Orders for delivery within Europe are shipped using DPD Classic.
Transit times can differ depending on country of delivery and orders are dispatched the day after receipt.
European delivery is charged at £14.85 on all orders.

USA & Canada

Orders for delivery within the USA or Canada are shipped using DPD Air Classic service.
Transit times can differ depending on location but are estimated at 3 – 6 days.
USA & Canadian delivery is charged at £14.85 on all orders.

Rest of the World

Orders for delivery in the Rest of the World are shipped using DPD Air Classic service.
Transit times can differ depending on location but are estimated at 5 – 7 days.
Rest of the World delivery is charged at £29.85 on all orders.

International Shipping Disclaimer

Please note that customers outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays to due customs, weather or unforeseen circumstances. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost prior to purchase.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
